ADA Compliance Auditor

ADA Compliance Auditor is an AI-powered accessibility auditing tool that analyzes a building photo and address, then returns likely violations, code references, and remediation context in a format teams can act on quickly.

ADA compliance audit report showing a risk rating, location details, and the analyzed building photo.

Mission

ADA Compliance Auditor was built to make accessibility issues in buildings and public spaces easier to identify before they turn into delays, expensive retrofits, or avoidable legal exposure.

The core idea is simple: start with a photo, add the address, and turn that into a report that is specific enough to guide the next step.

Why

Accessibility compliance is still hard to navigate for small teams. Expert audits can be expensive, scheduling takes time, and the rules often feel opaque until a project is already blocked by an issue on site.

A faster first pass does not replace an expert review, but it can help owners, operators, and contractors catch likely problems earlier and prioritize what to fix next.

How it works

  1. Upload a photo of an entrance, parking area, restroom, or another public-facing space.
  2. Add the address so the product can infer jurisdiction and attach the relevant code context.
  3. Run a multi-step analysis that returns likely issues, severity, code references, and remediation context in a shareable report.

The first version came together during a hackathon, which shaped the product choices: keep the workflow tight, prove the full loop end to end, and make the output practical from the first click.
